This luxury retreat is spread across multiple levels, designed to bring people together while giving everyone their own private space. First Floor – Arrival & Access Guests are welcomed through a private foyer with elevator and stair access to the main living spaces above. The oversized garage provides plenty of room for parking and storage. Second Floor – The Heart of the Home This level is where the group gathers. A spacious living room flows into a bright dining area and chef’s kitchen, making it the perfect hub for shared meals and celebrations. There are five bedrooms on this level, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy alongside the main entertaining spaces. A pantry and laundry room are also located on this floor. Third Floor – Private Retreats Upstairs, the expansive primary suite offers a true sanctuary with its own living area, large bedroom, dual bathrooms, and walk-in closet. Additional bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, allow every guest to enjoy privacy. With both stairs and an elevator, moving between levels is easy for everyone. There is a washer and dryer on this floor as well. Rooftop – Open-Air Living At the very top, a large rooftop deck creates the ultimate space to enjoy the outdoors. The pool is heated to 84° from November 15 to April 15 and is included in your stay. You may increase the temperature for an extra fee of $25 per day, per degree above 84. Please note that our team monitors pools through an app. Maximum 4 vehicles can park in the driveway. Boats, trailers, commercial trucks, and RVs are not permitted. Please do not move furniture. If moved, please put back or you will be charged. Remove sand from clothing before using the washer and dryer.
